Once production is complete, your order will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.

Shipping times typically range from 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location and carrier.

Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

Delivery Process

Doors are large and require careful handling.

Depending on your location and order size, delivery may be:

• Standard ground delivery
• Freight delivery

For freight shipments

• Delivery is typically curbside.
• Someone may need to be present to receive the shipment.
• The carrier may contact you to schedule delivery.

Inspecting Your Delivery

It is important to inspect your order upon delivery.

Please:

• Check for visible damage before accepting the delivery.
• Take photos if there are any issues.
• Note any damage with the carrier at the time of delivery.

If damage is discovered after delivery, you must contact us within 48 hours.

Incorrect Address
