Return and Refund Policy

Custom Orders
All doors are built to order based on the measurements and options you provide.
- All sales are final once production has begun.
- We do not accept returns for custom orders.
- We do not offer refunds for incorrect measurements or selections provided by the customer.
Manufacturing Tolerance Guarantee
We guarantee that your door will be manufactured to your requested dimensions within a tolerance of ±1/16 inch.
If your door arrives outside of this tolerance:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- You must provide clear photos and measurements showing the discrepancy.
- The product must not be installed.
If the issue is verified, we will replace the product at no cost to you.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide photos of the damage and packaging.
- Do not install the product.
We will review the issue and, if confirmed, we will replace the product or provide an appropriate resolution.
Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, but we will assist in resolving issues where possible.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before production begins. Once production has started, the order cannot be canceled.
